  • Leadership development occurs at all levels and in any position in the organization.

The executive coaching process is flexible and designed to meet business needs.

Typically it includes:

  • An initial meeting to establish rapport and ensure a good fit between the coach and executive
  • Upfront meetings with the executive, their manager and other stakeholders if necessary to identify and agree the coaching objectives
  • Determine various assessment or other information needs if required
  • Agreement of development priorities, desired behaviours and the business benefits which will be a result of these changes
  • One to one executive coaching sessions for approximately one and a half hours to
    • Review progress against the development goals
    • Identify new skills and behaviours
    • Review which approaches have worked well, and which need to be refined
    • Provide the opportunity to reflect on the leadership development journey and identify other issues which may be hindering performance.
  • Summary meetings with both the executive and their manager at the end of the program to measure progress and business benefits.

Executive coaches are also available by telephone or email as required with a 24 hour response time during the coaching period.
