Peter has extensive executive coaching experience, built on a foundation of over 20 years as a senior executive manager with extensive staff responsibilities. His approach to training is based on a combination of contemporary theory and practical hands on coaching and management experience.
Peter uses a range of assessment tools to guide executives in preparing development plans, including VIA Signature strengths, 360 feedback and EQi.
His approach to executive development is very practical, building on individuals strengths and with a focus on addressing specific issues which may hinder performance or career development.
